We have had spitz as pets and show dogs (when the mood takes them!) since our first Keeshond in 1971. We campaigned 3 Keeshonds to their titles. Sadly we lost our last Keeshond Bargeway Georgie Girl (Chloe) in September during her 15th year, she has left a large gap in our family.
Our first Klein came from Connie Harrop. Grovelyn Montgomery won our hearts - we were hooked! After Monty, came his son Chilite Blue Chip at Cyfelin (Widget) and then his daughter Edburton Llyngoes at Cyfelin (Milly). Enzo joined us from the Czech Republic, we will always be endebted to Radka Kovoltova his breeder. His coat with dark mask and sable shading that emulates the Kees is striking. We now also have Juliet, only daughter of Milly and Enzo.
Since retiring we are having fun attending shows with our caravan and venturing into Europe, where we have made new friends and the dogs have been very successful.
In 2008 we had our first litter, giving us our first champion, Ch Cyfelin Rudna Romeo (Charlie) , who lives with my daughter Nerys and husband Robert. Charlie has done so well, gaining his title at just 20 months. A repeat mating gave us Cyfelin Rudna Juliet (Poppy) born 6 January 2010. A real character who has made a promising start, we are just waiting for a nice coat! Brother Cyfelin Jack Frost at Alhenagen, like Charlie, is also making his mark in the show ring with a CC and RCC whilst still in puppy plus a further RCC.
